Hello Friends and Neighbors,
In the spirit of the season, I would like to reach out and give a hearty thank you to everyone who has signed up for the lists so far. As we come to the end of Year One of On Frayed Threads, I know your characters all have a number of things you need to talk about with other folks around the Nation.
My biggest thank you of course goes to the NTA’s office for getting these lists up and running, as well as the mods who are making sure that you all get the access you need.
These lists will be the definitive place for IC information, and the best way for National NPCs to interact with all of you. So go on and sign up if you haven’t already. Year Two is going to get a lot more noisy, and I look forward to all of you coming along for the ride.
“But Erin, how do these lists work in game?” I hear you ask. Excellent question! The IC reasoning behind communication like this is always a tricky and fun thing for storytellers to work with. To help answer your question here is a handy guide, not only to the IC setting, but also to answer questions about how to use the Apoc boards. Posting limits, signatures, and other questions are answered here.
If you still have questions about the Apoc side of things, feel free to email me for clarification. That way I can add it into the guide to help other folks out.
For questions of a more technical nature about the lists themselves, please use the complaint/bug form that’s with the other links at the end of the email.
Also as a note, since this is a season of giving, all next month I’ll be sharing some gifts you may or may not have had on your wish list. I’ll also be highlighting a Few of our Favorite Things from the chron setting that will hopefully put a smile on your face (or maybe a bee in your bonnet!)
Wishing you and yours the best for the holidays,
Team Apoc
